With a BSN and an MBA focused in Business Intelligence & Analytics, along with Lean Six Sigma certification, Megan leads end‑to‑end transformation—from data and insight generation through strategy design, execution, and sustained performance. She is known for architecting operating models, governance frameworks, and enterprise solutions that accelerate product launches, strengthen portfolio positioning, and enable strategic growth across complex, matrixed organizations.
