With a BSN, MBA in Business Intelligence & Analytics, and certified in Lean Six Sigma, Megan combines business expertise with a passion for innovation and performance improvement empowering clients to achieve transformational results. While rooted in healthcare, her background spans hospitality, and commercial printing bringing adaptability, cross-industry perspective, and a strong client-focused approach. Known for elevating individuals to their highest potential, Megan combines strategic leadership with compassionate coaching to guide clients through bold, meaningful change and build lasting, authentic relationships.
